Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations for purchases made through Premium Pallets Liquidation. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Important Notice:
Liquidation pallets may include customer returns, shelf pulls, surplus, or damaged items. Variations in condition, quantity, or brand are normal and expected.

2. No Guarantees on Condition or Contents

All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.

  • Manifests are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Photos are for representation purposes only
  • Items may be missing, damaged, or non-functional

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges confirmed by our billing system
  • Orders canceled by Premium Pallets Liquidation prior to shipment

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping and freight charges are NON-REFUNDABLE once an order has been shipped or a carrier has been booked.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of customer account
  • Additional administrative fees
  • Legal action if necessary

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. If cancellation is approved before shipment, an administrative or restocking fee may apply.
